We write the product pages and notes ourselves. Power, lumens, cord lengths and kit contents come from the product details and the manuals.
Buyer reviews are the buyers' own words, and the low marks are published with the high ones. Reviews that describe an injury or a hazard are left out, because we cannot verify them.
Where a note touches on electrical safety or pond health, we read the public source ourselves, quote it word for word and give the date we read it next to the link. If you find an error, write to us and we will correct it.
