Remote control not working

Hello, I ordered this about a week ago, and got exactly what I wanted, love the light, illumination is great, but the remote control is not working. Can you please make this right?

Not good

The hoses have broke twice and are very cheaply made compared to others. The pump quit the second day, but did work the 3rd day. Don't know why. I would not buy this unit again.

Great for the price

Strong pump and easy to install. Large spray pattern. I would give it 5 stars but the remote to the light doesn’t reach very far.

Very bright

Very bright. Pierced through about 6' of murky Galveston water. We could see fish run through the light early AM. Heavy duty cord.

Good but gfci failed

Works great. Very bright. Had to cut the GFCI plug off and wire in to a receptacle after a few uses.

Great buy

I've been using this for a couple months now and I will tell you that it is the brightest green light on the water. Reliable, no problem so far.

Bright!

Good brightness, light weight and compact. Used once in salt water off a pier, rinsed with fresh water and still looks like new. Wished they made a white light too!

Wifi or App Problems? Assign a static IP for the device

After install I was able to successful pair the pool light to wifi and smart apps. But after leaving the app for about 30 minutes, the device kept going "offline" and was hard to reconnect to. After a couple days of troubleshooting trying everything, I went into my router settings and assigned the light's RGB controller (which was named "wlan0" in the list of devices) a static IP address. Now it works 100% of the time.I'd dock a couple stars for this normally, but the light is too good. Incredibly bright - it lights up the tops of fir trees. The app features (once working) are great too.

Ultra thin and easy to install.

These pool lights are amazing. I used them to replace some broken Hayward and Pentair pool lights that are much more expensive, and they are looking great. They are really thin, which helps a lot with the installation. I wish they would offer a 100ft option though, I had to make a marine grade connection to extend the cable.

better than expected

I was amazed at how Easy to Install this beautiful light. I am fascinated by all the features of the product. My pool guy wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars to install a LED color changing light that is not as great as this product and not as bright. This one light illuminates my entire pool at night. Also, this product comes with a great warranty. So far, Very happy

Worked on Day1 - random lights on Day2 - Sending back.

Day1, installed okay, remote, WIFI and BT all worked as expected on iOS and Android using several "home" apps with success. Day2, lights came on randomly. Turned off with supplied remote and they came back on. WIFI and BT control not functioning and cannot be reconnected even with complete reinstall. Device "offline" is the reply from all apps remote control still works, but lights keep coming on randomly after a few hours.

Pool light works fine

For a product that goes INTO A POOL it does not have any waterproof capabilities other than the cable into the unit. To add waterproofing to this product is an understatement. Must be completely protected or it fails. The water will definitely eat away anything that is exposed. I don't recommend this product just for that reason.

Reliability is poor but company replacement was good.

Only lasted 4 months in my pool. Now Only Red will turn on. Update: The company honored their warranty and the new one is working great!

Versatile controller that works reliably

Great little package that offers both app based control and a physical remote, making it easy to use in different situations. Setup is straightforward and it works well across a variety of lighting configurations. The responsiveness has been solid and it offers good flexibility whether you prefer voice, phone, or remote operation. For the functionality it provides it feels like a good value and a dependable fit for multi mode lighting setups.

Great price, easy setup, does the job.

Works great! I use as a pool pump timer. Time is shown as 24hr and can be programmed in many ways. (Full week, specific days of the week, every other day, single day) Can have multiple programs running. Easy setup and clear directions, set current time, specify program, set to auto. Also has manual mode on/off.I cut the ends of an extension cord and wired the male end to the AC in and the female end in the AC out so I could do a simple plug in application rather than hard wiring it in. (Ground wire straight through not switched)
